Service
Your Flexsteel Furniture warranty covers any manufacture defect or damage from shipping. Issues are resolved by replacing the parts that are damaged or defective, not by full replacements of the furniture. The First year parts and labor are covered by the warranty. If there is an issue within the first year you will contact Flexsteel Furniture 2 U and we will have the parts sent to your home. You are responsible to arrange the labor to be done by a furniture repair person or handy man. You then send Flexsteel Furniture 2 U a copy of the labor invoice and we will reimburse you for the labor cost. Any issues after the first year Flexsteel Furniture 2 U will send you the parts needed at no cost to you.
Returns

In the event where a return is granted by Flexsteel furniture 2 U, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
